Low & Lower strays off the not-so-beaten path of the cello-bass repertoire, presenting works that are a mash-up of artistry, virtuosity, and comic relief.

Low and Lower is:

More fun than just classical
More serious than just comedy
More virtuosic than the instrumentation suggests
More hip than their training prepared them to be

Bassist Paul Sharpe and Cellist Brooks Whitehouse, both classically trained concert artists, step artfully in and out of the traditional roles of their instrumentation (and the standards of concert etiquette) to bring you concerts you will never forget.
